Disbursement of federal and state funds will occur a week following the last day to add a class for the full-term semester. Students may expect to receive refunds that they are entitled to approximately two weeks after the disbursement date, once tuition and approved charges are deducted.

- Fall 2026 - Week of September 21, 2026 for Regular and 7W1 Term
- Week of September 28, 2026, for 7W2 Term - Spring 2027 - Week of February 15th, 2027 for Regular and 7W1 Term
- Week of March 29th, 2027 for 7W2 Term - Summer 2027 - Week of June 7th, 2027 for Regular and 7W1 Term
